WoordWakker provides First Aid for Burn-Out with a personal and CONTEXT-SPECIFIC approach. Following an intake session, we explore ways to immediately find more peace and calm, without delving deeply into the entire story behind your burnout. I focus on what you need right NOW.

We then gradually rebuild your energy step by step. We consider all aspects of your life: daily activities, habits, exercise, environment, nutrition, and sleep. The goal is to have more energy in both the short and LONG TERM.
Finally, I support your return to work. If necessary, we can explore additional guidance or therapy together.
